Scott Panchik

NOOMA-Scott-Panchik

Scott is an impressive and inspiring athlete. He is one of the fittest men on earth, but also one of the most down-to-earth, welcoming, and positive guys you’ll ever come across. As a CrossFit Games Athlete, Scott has made it to The Games every year since 2012 placing 4th, 4th, 5th, 6th, 6th, 6th, and most recently in 2018 - 11th. Scott’s competitive career began with football where he was a running back at Mount Union College. This competitive spirit transferred over to CrossFit where Scott is now the owner of CrossFit Mentality, a gym on the east side of Cleveland, where he trains and teachers others with his wife and family.

Julie Foucher-Urcuyo
MD, MS

Julie2

Family medicine resident at the Cleveland Clinic, Four-time CrossFit Games athlete, and member of the CrossFit Level 1 Seminar Staff, Julie Foucher is no stranger to doing it all. Finding CrossFit in 2009, Julie was quick to take on the sport placing 5th in both the 2010 and 2011 CrossFit Games. While balancing medical school and training, Julie placed 2nd in 2012 and 3rd in 2014 after taking a year off. During the 2015 Central Regional, Julie ruptured her Achilles tendon and handled the career-ending injury with nothing but strength and inspiration, finishing out the competition with a boot.

Julie believes it is her mission to inspire and empower others to live healthier, more fulfilling lives. She integrates her medical training with the physical, mental, and spiritual power of fitness. She believes her role as a future physician will not just be to facilitate the cure of disease but to maximize the fitness of her patients.
