In the fitness and sport communities, people comparing their bodies to cars is fairly commonplace, particularly with their diets. Love it, agree with it. You can’t out-exercise a bad diet.
But don’t stop there. The type of gas you’re feeding your brain is just as (and probably more) important as the food you’re putting in your body.
Think about the information you chose to fill your mind with. Is it the Kardashians? Or is it the type of content that will make you think differently, push you to be better, and drive you to meaningful action?
Garbage in, garbage out. If your brain is on a steady diet of fast food, don’t be surprised of the outcome.
