Beet Juice Boost
- 1 raw beet (peeled and cubed, juiced)
- 1 apple (peeled and cored, juiced)
- 1 cucumber (juiced)
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- ginger root to taste (peeled and grated, juiced)
- 1 Mango NOOMA
Juice all ingredients. Once juiced mix beet juice with one Mango NOOMA. Makes 2-3 servings.
First off, consuming beets raw will allow you to absorb more nutrients, always include the roots and greens – they contain most of the nutrients! You only need a little bit of juice to get the benefits. Slowly increase the amount from 1 ounce to 2 ounces over the course of a week.
