Love it or we'll take it back. We offer refunds on your first purchase of a new product line (i.e. energy drink, sports drink, hydration mix, recovery drink) and refunds are limited to one case per product line, not an entire order. With that in mind, we recommend starting out with one of our variety packs to find your favorite!


One quick suggestion before reaching out, make sure your drinks are nice and cold, it really helps make the flavors pop and our drinks taste great! If you're still not a fan, shoot us an email atsupport@drinknooma.comwithin 30 days of your purchase to request a refund.

All orders ship within 1 business day.

For every order you place you will receive confirmation and shipping information emails. There will be links to track your package in these emails. If you didn’t get it these emails, check your spam folder. Still not there?

Email us at support@drinknooma.com with your name and order confirmation number and we’ll help you track your package.

Orders typically take 3 to 5 business days to arrive. 

If your order has taken longer than the typical 3 to 5 business days, check the tracking and contact the carrier to get any status updates.

If you’re still having issues, please reach out to us at support@drinknoooma.com with your name and order confirmation number and we’ll help you track your package.

If you have a damaged package, please reach out to us at support@drinknooma.com with your name, order confirmation number, and pictures of the damages. We will provide a partial refund if 6 or less drinks per case were damaged. If more than 6 drinks per case were damaged, we will replace the case. We know damages are frustrating and we’ve worked hard on making strong boxes that can withstand the rigors of being tossed around in a truck but, unfortunately, damages do happen. We appreciate your patience.

At this time we only ship orders to the 48 states in the continental U.S. 

To return an order please send an email to support@drinknooma.com with your name, order confirmation number, and reason for the return. Only unopened packages with the seal intact that are returned within 30 days of purchase will receive a refund. Opened or damaged packages are not eligible for returns.

We will apply the refund after inspection of the returned order. NOOMA is not responsible for the return cost of shipping. Please send all return shipments to:
