We generally print orders and ship them the following morning allowing for a small window for cancellations or edits. Our pickups for the day are usually done by 11am ET.

If your order has not shipped within a day or has not shown any progress for over 2 days, please reach out to support@drinknooma.com.

We'll also be proactively monitoring the tracking as well, so if there ever is an issue, we're on it.

Love it or we'll take it back. We offer refunds on your first purchase of a new product line (i.e. energy drink, sports drink, recovery soda, hydration mix).

Refunds are limited to one case per product line, not the entire order.
