We're looking for that outgoing, likable, get-sh*t-done-er to be a field marketing and grassroots brand representative to help accelerate our brand's growth. Your primary objective will be driving product sampling through fitness-based events. We need someone that we can trust to be the face of NOOMA in their market.

This is a contract 1099 role reporting to our Head of Wholesale and Field Marketing. Important note: this is an experiential marketing job,  not a sales job. You will not be asked or incentivized to make sales.

• Utilize personal network and new connections to integrate into and participate in fitness and wellness communities as the NOOMA representative
• Source, coordinate, and schedule events for sharing NOOMA 
• Represent NOOMA at the events you schedule. This often includes working out at the event - you’re actually getting paid to workout!
• Provide feedback and data on all your events

• You have a background in and love for group workouts: yoga, CrossFit, running, bootcamp, spinning, etc.
• You have a strong personal network in the fitness and wellness community in your market
• You have a charismatic personality and thrive when you're out there connecting with new people
• You're a label reader yourself and care about what you put in your body. Bonus points if you already love NOOMA!
• You're looking for a job with engaging work that actually gets you excited!

• You don’t like talking to strangers, meeting new people, taking the lead, or speaking up
• You’re looking for hours that fall within a typical 9-5, M-F workweek with a standard schedule provided for you
• You’d prefer a desk job with no travel responsibilities and a standard schedule that is provided for you
• You don’t do well with direct feedback or being held accountable to metrics

• Driver's license and transportation
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
• Bonus if you have a background in field marketing or sales
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Willingness and ability to participate in fitness activities
• About 50 cubic feet of storage space store at least 15 cases of NOOMA (drinks can stack) and a cooler
• This is a 1099 part-time contract position
